ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS

1. Please submit your abstract to kosovocongress@gmail.com by July 29, 2026.

   1. For compliance with international standards, the acceptable word count for abstracts is a minimum of 150 and a maximum of 1,000 words (for participants from Türkiye). You may extend your abstract up to 1,000 words. Your acceptance or rejection letter will be sent to you within 3 days after the double-blind peer review process.

• General rules for abstract submission:

• Times New Roman

• 11 pt font size

• Full names of all authors, their affiliations, email addresses, and phone numbers

  (this information will not appear in the original abstract text)

• At least 3 keywords

• Use the APA citation style for references
   

1. According to the YÖK Decision No. 2022/7, abstracts presented at international congresses, symposiums, and academic meetings must be in English. A Turkish abstract may be added optionally. The full text may be written in Turkish or English, and submission of a full text is not mandatory.

2. We recommend submitting an informative abstract that includes the background, objective, methodology, findings, and conclusion of your study.

3. Since 55% of our congress participants are international, the quota for participants from Türkiye is limited. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you apply as early as possible.

4. After submission, your abstract will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review within 3 days by the International Scientific Committee of the congress. The Congress Chair will preside over the committee, and the final decision regarding the abstracts will be made.

5. The acceptance or rejection decision, along with reviewers’ comments, will be sent to you. If revisions are required, the revised document must be resubmitted within 3 days.

FULL TEXT SUBMISSION PROCESS

1. If your abstract is accepted and you have completed the congress registration fee payment, you are required to submit your full text by August 04, 2026 at 23:59.

2. All full texts must be sent to kosovocongress@gmail.com.

3. Submissions are accepted in all relevant fields, including conceptual, empirical, experimental, and theoretical studies, provided that they present original and unpublished results. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

4. The full manuscript must be submitted as an MS Word document in .doc format only (PDF or .docx formats will not be accepted). The file should be named using the author’s name and the title of the abstract.

5. If revisions are required after review, the manuscript will be returned to you along with reviewers’ comments, and you will be asked to resubmit the revised version within one week.

6. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the publication of the manuscript is approved by all co-authors and assumes full responsibility for the manuscript during the peer-review process.

7. In the event of any compensation claims, the publisher shall not be held legally liable.

8. Publication date of the conference proceedings book:
   August 11, 2026 at 23:59.

PAPER & CONGRESS LANGUAGES

1. The paper and presentation languages of the congress are English and Turkish. Please submit your papers prepared in one of these languages.

2. The conference proceedings books, in which abstracts and full texts will be published separately, will be sent to you on August 11,  2026 at 23:59.

The discounted fee applies to master’s and doctoral students and to participants who submit their abstract by 15 June 2025.

VENUE

The congress will be held online via ZOOM and in person at the University of Pristina. ZOOM access details and the congress program will be sent one day before the congress.

ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participants.

PROCESS & STEPS

Step 1: Submit the abstract of your study to kosovocongress@gmail.com by July 29, 2026 at 23:59.
Step 2: You will receive an email confirming that your study has been sent for peer review.
Step 3: Within 72 hours (3 days), the peer-review result will be announced and, if accepted, your letter of acceptance will be sent.
Step 4: Payment of the participation fee and submission of the receipt to kosovocongress@gmail.com (July 30, 2026).
Step 5: Publication of the congress program (July 31, 2026).
Step 6: Sending of participation certificates (August 03, 2026).
Step 7: Publication of the conference proceedings book (August 11, 2026).

An official invoice/receipt will be provided upon request on the day of the congress. A 20% VAT will be applied to all invoices.
